IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization)

IASTM is a form of manual therapy designed to treat soft tissue disorders. This technique is used to treat new injuries as well as chronic conditions. IASTM is a soft-tissue treatment that utilizes instruments to breakup areas of fibrous scar tissue. After these adhesions are broken up, the body absorbs them allowing the body to heal properly, decreasing pain and improving function.

How many treatments are required?
